In this document, "bd9 bed", "we", "us" or "the platform" refers to the bd9 bed online platform and its operating entity. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person registered with or using the services of bd9 bed.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only to the account it was credited to — it cannot be transferred to another account.
• If the same person collects bonuses through multiple accounts, all those accounts will be closed.
• bd9 bed reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If a bonus is incorrectly credited due to a technical error, we reserve the right to correct it.

3.2 VIP Programme

The bd9 bed VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold and up to 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week.

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to deposit funds at bd9 bed. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Modification

• If an event is not properly completed or is cancelled.
